1. Directly from Channel lineup on the Roku media player

  1. First, Press “Home” button on your remote.
  2. Then search the channel that you wish to manage or cancel the subscription.
  3. Then press (*) button on remote for options.
  4. Choose “Manage subscriptions” from the options.
  5. Finally, choose “Cancel subscription” your channel is unsubscribed now.

2. From Roku channel store

  1. Search the channel in a Roku channel store.
  2. Choose the channel.
  3. Choose “Manage Subscription”.
  4. Now it’s time to tap on “Cancel Subscription”.

3. Using your Roku account

  1. Visit my.roku.com from the browser of a computer or smartphone.
  2. Sign in to with your id and password to your Roku account.
  3. Tap on “Manage Your Subscriptions”
  4. Choose the subscribed channel to cancel.
  5. Finally, tap on “Unsubscribe”.

Important Notes-

  • If you cannot find the option to manage the subscription on the Roku device or website, then contact your service provider for help.
  • Some channels have a free trial of 7 days or 10 days. After the trial period ends, that channel converted into a regular subscription and you have to pay the charges of that channel on a recurring basis. To avoid this, you need to cancel your subscription before the trial period expires.
  • Roku’ channel subscriptions are non-refundable, prepaid and auto-renewal. If you wish to cancel the subscription, it will not take effect until the next renewal date. You are entitled to continue to watch that channel until then.

2. Remove channels from Roku Channel Store on the Roku device

  1. Find the menu on the left side of your TV screen.
  2. Then find the Streaming Channels from the list and press OK to find the channel details.
  3. Now choose the channel you want to remove and press OK to open the channel details.

  1. First, open the Roku Mobile app
  2. Then tap on Channel menu at the bottom in the application.

  4. Then find the channel you want to remove from your device and long press on its icon to open the channel details. If you just tap the channel icon, it will start the channel and open the remote on the application.
